Payment Methods Accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFTPOS, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Pickup.
For Bank Transfer payments you will have to await clearance of your payment before books will be sent.
We ship domestically and internationally using Australia Post.
We love our books and wrap each one with the protection it needs to arrive in the exact condition it was sent out in.
Standard shipping for orders within Australia is $8 per order.
Express within Australia and all International Shipping is calculated by weight.
If you are in Brisbane you are welcome to pickup orders in person at our Fortitude Valley Warehouse. There is no handling charge when picking up orders in person.
In most cases orders are sent out the same or within 1 business day of being received.
Most orders within Australia should arrive within 1-6 business days, or express within 1-2 days.
Most international orders should arrive within 3-10 business days, or express within 2-4 days.
If it has been longer than 10 business days for Australian deliveries or 20 business days for International deliveries and you have not received your order email us. In very rare cases packages can be delayed in customs, or they are awaiting collection at your local post office.
In the extremely rare case where a package is missing a replacement or full refund will be issued. Replacements or refunds will not be issued until Australia Post has concluded a missing parcel investigation. International investigation times can vary depending on the response time of Australia Post's International Delivery Partners. Rest assured we care about your order's safe arrival. We are always available to answer your questions and thank you for your patience while investigations are ongoing.
Refunds & Returns
If an item is delivered not as described or damaged in transit, contact us to discuss your options. You may be entitled to a replacement (when possible), partial, or full refund.
In cases where you have changed your mind and no longer want an item, you may return it at your own expense within 30 days. Provided the item is received in the same condition it was sent out in, you will receive store credit for the full value of the item, or a refund to the same payment method the purchase was made in. Shipping charges in these cases will not be refunded. A small restocking fee ranging from 5-10% to cover administration costs may apply to payment method refunds. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft, or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Logical Unsanity will not be responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
