For Bank Transfer payments you will have to await clearance of your payment before books will be sent.
We ship domestically and internationally using Australia Post.
Standard shipping for orders within Australia is flat rate $8 per order whether you order 1 book, or 100.
Express within Australia, and all International Shipping is calculated by weight.
If you are in Brisbane you are welcome to pickup orders in person at our Bardon Bookshop & Art Gallery. There is no shipping charge when picking up orders.
Most orders within Australia should arrive within 1-6 working days.
Most international orders should arrive within 3-10 working days.
If it has been longer than 14 working days since we shipped your item and you have not received your package please contact us
to let us know. We have not had a lost package yet, but in very rare cases, packages can be delayed or held in customs, or they have been delivered but due to an incorrectly supplied address, or because a package was not collected from a local post office, it has been returned to us. These processes can take up to 40 days, but this is very rare.
If you contact us within 30 days from shipment date to advise that you have not received your item you may be eligible for a replacement or full refund. If you are eligible a replacement or full refund will not be sent until 40 working days from the shipment date to allow a delayed or lost package its full chance to get to you, or a return package to make it back to us. In cases where you have supplied an incorrect address or the parcel has been returned to us because you failed to collect it, you will be liable for all shipping costs to resend the package to you.
Refunds & Returns
If an item is delivered not as described or damaged in transit, contact us to discuss your options. You may be entitled to a replacement (when possible), partial, or full refund.
In cases where you have changed your mind and no longer want an item, you may return the item at your own expense within 30 days, and provided the item is received in perfect resalable condition (the same condition it was sent out in), receive store credit for the full value of the item, or a refund in the same payment method the purchase was made in (A restocking fee ranging from 5-20% to cover administration costs may apply to payment method refunds). This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft, or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Logical Unsanity will not be responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
